This game continues the quest of the young hero Mel and her friends as they search for the Orb of Light and try to rescue the world from the evil vampire Gyendal who wants to plunge the world into darkness by using the Orb of Darkness.
This guide will help you through the game, but be careful as it does contain spoilers! I hope you have as much fun playing it as I did gamers. This one was really hard to stop playing and I can-rsquo;t wait to get the next one!

Mel
Mel is the feisty thief and star of our story the Gates of Night. She is a street rat on the run from vampires and a young girl who just recently found out that she is the descendent of the evil sorcerer, Mordred Darkthrop.
Edward
Prince Edward is the heir to the throne of Thais and Mel's best friend... or maybe a little more than friends? Edward helps Mel in her quest to save the world.
Stella
Stella is a healer who can't remember who she is or where she came from. Will her mysterious past be revealed?
Te’ijal
Te’ijal is a vampire and sister to the evil villain Gyendal. She helps Mel and her friends in their quest to get the Orb of Darkness back from her brother.
Galahad
Galahad is the husband of Te’ijal. He once was a paladin until he was tricked by Te’ijal and she turned him into a vampire. However, because he refuses to feed on humans, he is only half-turned.
Lydia
Lydia is a noble girl who is studying to be a mage at the School of War and Magic. She loves to torment anyone who is not of noble blood and focuses her energy on annoying Mel.
Ulf
An orc with tiny feet, Ulf is a genius and a scholar who wishes to travel the world. He teams up with Mel and her friends when they help him out of a bind.
