Has anyone gotten expert on level 4...

Has anyone gotten expert on level 40 (Kingfisher)? This is the only level I haven't been able to manage getting expert on. Can anyone help???

By lemondrop 02/06/2009	Hi Jen, have you seen the walkthrough? It shows a screenshot. You can get expert on it by following the walkthrough. However, it may take several attempts, due to the random sales of the other properties. I found if you build your 3 chateaus on the available lots, you'll have enough money to purchase the other 3 properties.
