In this exciting hidden object game, you play the part of Clarice, the recently widowed mother of Tim, who has moved to the town of Tideville hoping for a new start. I’m sure having her son mysteriously disappear before her eyes and having to uncover the dark past of her new home wasn’t exactly what she had in mind, but, hey, beggars can’t be choosers.

I found Whispered Secrets: The Story of Tideville to be an interesting game that was compelling enough to keep my attention but user-friendly enough avoid becoming frustrated.

I loved the graphics and the voice acting was almost completely inoffensive (there's always one or two). Another nice thing about Whispered Secrets: The Story of Tideville was the gameplay; I personally found the puzzles to be almost always completely manageable, and I very rarely got lost (even though I, myself, never saw a map. If they have one, it’s hidden pretty well).

There were, however, a lot of hidden object areas, and that occasionally gets my goat (what with how long they can take). There is a solution to this problem, though: our Whispered Secrets: The Story of Tideville Walkthrough.
