Opening Story: 

In Mysteries of the Mind Coma, you find yourself trapped in the recesses of your own mind, caught in a coma after a car accident. Here you'll have to fight your way back to the living by exploring your most painful memories of your past and righting your old mistakes. Can you make your way through each memory to find the one haunting fact about your past that is keeping you trapped? With our Mysteries of the Mind Coma Walkthrough you can!

General Tips for Playing Mysteries of the Mind Coma

Menu - Click the menu button to pause or exit the game. You may also adjust options such as sound, music and screen size.

Difficulty Settings - There are two difficulty settings in this game, casual and advanced.

Memory Journal - Your memory journal will store all the important notes you take during your adventure. If you're stuck and not sure what to do, it's always a good idea to check your journal. The journal may also contain clues to assist with the puzzles.  

Eye Icon - When your cursor turns into an eye, it means you can zoom in on an area to get a closer look. 

Hand Cursor - When your cursor turns into a hand, it means you can pick up an item and add it to your inventory or interact with an item in some way. 

Gear Cursor - When your cursor turns into a gear, this means you can use an item from your inventory here. 

Inventory - Inventory items are kept in a tray along the bottom of the screen.

Hidden Object Areas: Sparkles identify Hidden Object Areas (referred to as HOA in this guide). Click on the sparkles to zoom into the HOA. Some HOA items require zooming in or two actions. These are indicated in red. HOA items are random. This guide referenced those encountered in our gameplay.

Hints - Hints can be found in the lower right hand corner of your screen. Click here if you're stuck. Just remember, these take time to charge before you can use it again.  

Skip - During mini-games, if you are having trouble or maybe you just don't feel like solving it, you can click on the skip button.

Arrow Pointers - These will appear when you are able to move to another screen. Click on it to move.
